A: 95% of our products are new. If something is reconditioned, there will be an (R) to the right of the model number, and our Factory Renewed Logo will appear in the upper right hand corner of the Detailed picture of the merchandise. Our ninety day warranty will apply.

A: All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same business day. Orders received on Monday after 9:00 a.m., will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. International orders may be delayed one business day. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be delayed one business day. Orders are shipped from Tampa, Florida 33610. Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location.

A: Gift wrapping can be selected for your package for a small fee of $5. You can select from four different occasions for gift wrapping: Christmas, birthday, anniversary, and bridal. A generic wrapping paper will be used to suite the occasion selected. You can also personalize your gift with a To: / From: tag and we will also include a ribbon suited for the occasion. Gift wrapping your package may delay shipment 1-2 business days and is available year round. Just put a remark if you want the gift wrapping.
